Fr. Phillip Zimmerman

Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer

Fr. Phillip Zimmerman holds a Master’s Degree in Education and two Doctoral Degrees (honoris causa) in Theology and Philosophy (ThD and PhD) and has over 20 years experience in education, most especially with at risk students, including students with HIV/AIDS.  An author of more than 15 vocational training programs, six of which include Medical Assisting and Nursing Assisting, Fr. Zimmerman brings sounds Administrative Capability and Financial Accountability to the Operation of Pater Noster House.  Not only actively involved in local Founder of “Feed the Lambs”, Pater Noster House Mission in Kenya ,a member of the Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance of the World Council of Churches (focus on Global AIDS Initiatives) and member of INERLA+, an African Continent AIDS advocacy organization, Fr. Zimmerman is committed to HIV Education, housing opportunities and recovery programs. 

He provides vision and leadership that has enabled Pater Noster House to successfully meet its mission and to help residents to obtain independent living through identifying and meeting self-identified safety, emotional, nourishment, physical and social needs.

Stephen P. Wilson

Co-Director, Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Wilson holds a bachelors Degree in Business Administration and has a diverse background in telecommunications and, more significantly, durable medical supplies and contract negotiations/operations.   Mr. Wilson is actively represents Pater Noster House in the Central Ohio HIV Consortium, the Central Ohio AIDSWalk, Community Shelter Board and a number of public relation events and programs.  Mr. Wilson works with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors and the Residents to formulate strategies for independent living, provides transportation to appointments and events, maintains records for inspections, evaluations and reviews.
